At Exotico Pets, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help.
Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- The item must be in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
Please note: Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved:
- Your refund will be processed to your original payment method
- Refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item and packaging
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Used products
- Items damaged due to misuse
- Products without original packaging
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order. After this time, your order may already be processed and shipped.
